Chief Financial Officer is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Newcom Group’s financial policies, accounting standards, and financial reporting framework. This role ensures the financial integrity, efficiency, and sustainability of the organization by overseeing all aspects of financial management, including compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements. In addition, the role is accountable for the consolidation and analysis of financial data across all subsidiaries and business units, providing strategic insights, financial advisory support, and timely reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Group’s financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure effective financial governance, risk management, and internal control across all entities.
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
- Consolidate financial data across subsidiaries and business units to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Ensure full compliance with national and international financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax legislation.
- Act as a key advisor to executive leadership and shareholders, delivering clear and actionable financial insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in a group or multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and tax legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational financial performance.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA in Finance are strongly preferred.
