Renewable Energy Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

- Analyses of renewable energy resources;
- Plan and coordinate maintenance, assembling, transfer schedules for renewable energy measurement masts;
- Prepare brief and if required, detailed reports;
- Data storage and security;
- Stay abreast of new approaches and technologies in renewable energy, and conduct research on emerging trends;
ACCOUNTANT

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Record, classify, and monitor financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Ensure strict compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Support internal and external audits and perform detailed financial analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
BUSINESS ANALYST

Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of Newcom Group’s vision, long-term goals, and short-term business plans, including analyzing market trends and competition, identifying growth opportunities, assessing risks, and developing strategic action plans. Communicate strategies across all levels of the organization, monitor performance, and report results.
- Support project teams in developing business cases and feasibility studies for selected business lines and projects.
- Participate in the establishment of a Project Management Office (PMO) for Newcom Group in alignment with international standards (PMBOK 6th, 7th Edition, and PM Agile Guide).
